Do not send items back using the address on the package label – it may be different and could result in lost shipments.

You are welcome to keep any free gifts that came with your order – they do not need to be returned.

We do not provide return shipping labels or cover return postage for personal reasons.
The only exception is when the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged items).
